Ok guys, Lets come back to Kali Linux... Now we are going to run Kali OS on your system.. (If you want to run Kali on your android use Linux deploy). So lets start..

Method 1:
First we need to install Oracle Virtual Box on your PC. You can download it from here: https://www.virtualbox.org/wiki/Downloads
Now we have to make a Virtual Machine for our kali linux. So click on "New" Name it Kali Linux. Choose type as Linux and Version as Debian (32-bit). Now Select the amount of RAM you want to allot to your VM (just make sure you do not enter the red zone). Now create a Virtual Hard Disk.

Choose "Create a virtual hard disk now" and click on "Create". Let it be VDI (It doesn't matter). And now select Fixed size and next select the size of the hard disk (20 GB is enough).
Now Start the VM and browse to the location of the downloaded linux image. It will run if everything is ok... You can install it or run in live mode. Enjoy!!
